Reframe

Our own property developments: current projects, homes for sale, and land opportunities.

Reframe Property and Development was born out of a shared love of renovating properties; this passion was discussed at length for the first time one night over dinner which led to us forming Reframe.

We set out the following week to find some local properties, and we were off and running with our first projects just a few months later.

We have many years experience of renovations and greenfield developments across our careers, and are always looking for potential sites, land or properties that we can ‘reframe’.

Once completed, these homes become available for sale. We have a close working relationship with our agent Rebecca who markets our properties, and as result she can often bring people to see our projects part way through. They can then chose to be the next owner and even influence the completion or direction of those works.

We consider land for new‑build projects of up to five dwellings, along with sites requiring extensive renovation, including hard‑to‑sell or derelict properties.
